The EdgeX Cut solves this by clamping the blade between two alignment pins before closing a securing clip over both sides. The result is a blade that feels as solid as a fixed-blade razor but is still easy to change in under 10 seconds. Over 4 weeks of daily shaving we found the EdgeX Cut delivered consistently close results on face, neckline, and beard lineup work. The slim blade profile gives excellent visibility for detail work — better than wider razors like the Parker SRX. At $8.99 with 20 blades and a premium gift box this is an outstanding value.
